- The period of the Campaign is from Hong Kong Time 1 December 2024 (06:00 a.m.) to 29 March 2025 (05:55 a.m.) (“Campaign Period”).
- This campaign applies to the clients who successfully open a Rakuten MT4 account from 1 December 2024 to 28 January 2025 (both dates inclusive)(“Account Opening Period”), and do not currently hold any Rakuten MT4 trading account and closed the Rakuten MT4 accounts within the past twelve (12) months before this Campaign’s start date. (“Eligible Client”).
- There is one-entry per Eligible Client for the Welcome Offer. Clients can only participate the campaign with one account (“Eligible account”).
- Eligible Client shall register this Campaign through designated Campaign page or email the Campaign code “RSBNAO202412” to info@bullion.rakuten.com.hk during the Account Opening Period.
- The trading period is within 60 days after the date of account opening (“Trading Period”) of the trading account.
- Eligible Client who opens 1 lot or more of Gold or Silver within 30 days after the date of account opening of the trading account shall be eligible to receive HK$300 supermarket coupon.
- Eligible Client who deposits a minimum of HK$ 10,000 or US$ 1,300 to the account within 30 days after the date of account opening of the trading account shall be entitled 1-month VIP account tier for the next calendar month of the month of deposit. Adjustment of tier will be completed within six (6) working days of the next calendar month. Client will be notified of the changes through email.
- Eligible Client who executes certain lots of Gold or Silver (no matter open or close) during the Trading Period shall be eligible to receive the cash rewards listed below:

- The amount of reward received by clients is subjected to the trading records of Rakuten Securities Bullion.
- Rakuten Securities Bullion will contact the eligible clients who are entitled to the rewards, and the eligible clients should collect the supermarket coupon in person on or before 28 February 2025 at Rakuten Securities Bullion office.
- The cash reward will be credited to the client’s registered live account on or before 28 February 2025.
- If the account is closed before receiving the reward or there is late collection, it is deemed as forfeited absolutely.
- The reward is not transferable to any third parties or cash under any circumstances.
- For the USD account, the HKD reward will be converted to with exchange rate HK$7.85 to US$1.
- Rakuten Securities Bullion reserves the right to offer any alternative gift of equivalent in the same category if the gifts are not available or if there is any issue arisen without prior notice.
- This Campaign and the relevant offers are subject to the Terms and Conditions of relevant products and services.
- Rakuten Securities Bullion accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters relating to the products and services provided by the supplier(s).
- Rakuten Securities Bullion has no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late and damaged forms or unavailable network connections, or delayed electronic transmission which may limit an Eligible Client’s ability to participate in this Campaign.
- Rakuten Securities Bullion reserves the right to vary or terminate the Campaign at any time and to amend the terms and conditions of the offers from time to time without prior notice.
- In the event of dispute arising out of this Campaign, the decision of Rakuten Securities Bullion shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- The Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- The Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
